Plain-English summary. Nuvobee gives you food-and-menu suggestions based on what you tell it about your body. It is not a doctor, dietitian, or medical service. Treat every pick as a friend's advice — not a clinical recommendation.

1. The deal

By using Nuvobee (the app, the web app, this site — collectively “Nuvobee”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Nuvobee is operated by Shailendra Singh Shekhawat, an individual based in Jaipur, India. Questions: hello@nuvobee.com.

2. What Nuvobee does

Nuvobee reads restaurant menus, dish names, and cooking plans, and gives you suggestions tailored to a health profile you provide (conditions, allergies, dietary goals, and so on). It can also draft polite questions to ask a waiter, translate those questions, and suggest modifications to a dish.

3. Nuvobee is not medical advice

Nuvobee is an informational tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nuvobee's suggestions are not a substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian, allergist, or other qualified health professional.
Allergies and serious conditions: if you have a severe allergy, intolerance, or medical condition, always cross-check with restaurant staff and your care team before eating. Nuvobee cannot guarantee any dish is free of an ingredient.
Pregnancy, medications, chronic illness: always consult your doctor before changing how you eat based on Nuvobee's output.
Nuvobee is not appropriate for emergency situations. If you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

You are responsible for what you eat. Nuvobee assists you — it does not replace your judgment, your doctor, or restaurant staff.

4. Accounts

You do not need an account to use Nuvobee. Your health profile and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, that profile is deleted.

5. Nuvobee Plus subscriptions

Nuvobee has a free version and a paid tier (“Plus”). The plans on offer at the time of writing:

Lifetime — $49.99 once. A single payment. Continued access to Plus features for as long as Nuvobee is offered.
Yearly — $19.99 / year. Charged today, renews annually until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your app store account or device subscription settings.
Weekly — $7.99 / week, with a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be billed weekly until you cancel.

Prices may change. We'll show you the current price before you pay. Existing Lifetime purchasers keep their access at the price they paid.

6. Free trial

The Weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial for first-time users. You can cancel anytime during the trial via your device's subscription settings — if you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. After the trial, the subscription renews weekly at $7.99 until you cancel.

7. Refunds

Lifetime: 14-day no-questions-asked refund if you email us within 14 days of purchase.
Yearly & Weekly: we don't pro-rate refunds for the current period, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Refund requests outside the platform's standard policy are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
App store / payment platform refund policies always apply regardless of what we say here.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Nuvobee to harm yourself, others, or animals — including feeding allergens to someone with a known allergy.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from our outputs.
Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or violates someone else's rights.
Use Nuvobee in a way that disrupts our infrastructure or other users.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Nuvobee — your profile, photos of menus, and blood tests you scan. You grant Nuvobee the limited right to process that content to give you the analysis you asked for. We don't use your content to train models, and we don't sell it. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

Nuvobee, the name, the logo, the wordmark, the visual design, and the underlying software are owned by Shailendra Singh Shekhawat and his licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or imitate them without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Nuvobee is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the suggestions will always be accurate or safe for your specific situation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nuvobee and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or health outcomes — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under your local consumer-protection law.

13. Termination

You can stop using Nuvobee at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we need to for security or legal reasons. Sections about disclaimers, liability, IP, and indemnity survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice in the app. Continuing to use Nuvobee after a change means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be brought before the competent courts of Jaipur, India, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
